Rosemary potatoes for the grill

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 waxy potatoes
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes and cut them in half. Cut the aluminum foil into pieces and fold up the edges slightly. Pour oil onto the aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper. Then place 3-4 sprigs of rosemary in the oil and place the potato, cut side down, on top. Fold up the aluminum foil and press firmly together at the top to create a small handle. It’s best to put the potatoes on the grill right away, as they need 30-45 minutes, depending on their size. The potatoes are done when they have a light brown crust.
