Nut-sesame crumble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 375 g flour (wholemeal flour), 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 100 g nuts or almonds, ground
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 100 g nuts or almonds, ground
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Crunchy crumb cake from the tray

For the crumble, knead the butter with honey, sugar, flour, nuts, and sesame seeds with your fingertips until crumbly. Chill. For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Stir in the sour cream. Sift the flour, mix with the nuts and baking powder, and gradually stir in the milk. Spread on a greased baking sheet and scatter the crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes. You can also vary the filling with fruit, such as apples or cherries, if desired.
