Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 125 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients from flour to eggs to a smooth dough (if necessary sift flour and baking powder), put half of the dough into a greased baking tin, mix the remaining dough with cocoa, sugar and milk, put it on the light dough in the baking tin and pull it through the dough with a fork to create a nice pattern. Baking time: approx. 55 minutes at 160° fan oven.
