Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g quark
- 150 ml milk
- 90 ml oil
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g yogurt (pineapple yogurt)
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces
- powdered sugar

fruity and quick sponge cake – without egg
Mix together the quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, and pineapple yogurt. Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the liquid mixture. If the batter is still too thick, simply add a little more milk. It should have a fairly runny consistency. Finally, fold in the drained pineapple pieces. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes. The finished cake can be dusted with powdered sugar or glazed with powdered sugar and pineapple juice, if desired.
