- 800 g leek
- 2 onions
- 30 g butter
- ¾ liter vegetable broth
- 200 g processed cheese with herbs
- 1 cup of cream
- Salt and pepper, white

Clean the leeks and onions, cut the leeks into rings and the onions into cubes. Sauté both in butter over low heat until translucent. Add the broth and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add the cream cheese and cream to the soup. Bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: The soup can be prepared the day before.
