Frozen Banana Coffee Shake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-large banana(s), frozen, (over-)ripe
  • 2 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, slightly defatted
  • 200 ml coffee, cold (e.g. from the day before)
  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink) (or other milk substitute)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, delicious

Combine the ingredients in a blender and mix to a shake. One serving makes approximately 400 ml. A delicious drink on warm summer days. The cocoa content is for chocolate lovers and can be reduced as desired. Tips: I like to buy overripe bananas (often already discounted), which I freeze in larger quantities for shakes like this one or for banana ice cream (peel, cut into pieces, and freeze in a freezer bag/container). This way, excess coffee brewed from the day before doesn’t have to be thrown away. 170 kcal per serving.
