Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 50 g honeydew melon(s)
  • ¼ banana(s)
  • ¼ flat peach(s)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender or mixer. You can also peel the peach beforehand if you don’t mind the fine pieces of skin in the shake. Feel free to change the fruit depending on the season or your appetite. You can also swap out the plant-based milk and peanut butter to taste. For a chocolatey touch, simply add cocoa powder to taste.
