Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g apricot(s)
- 250 ml orange juice
- 100 g crushed ice
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- some mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pour boiling water over the apricots and let them steep briefly. Drain, rinse, and peel. Let them cool completely. Then halve them and remove the stones. Place the apricots in a blender with orange juice, crushed ice, and about 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (depending on how sweet you want it). Puree. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
