Tzatziki coleslaw with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tzatziki
  • 500 g coleslaw
  • 3 bell peppers
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the peppers open, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into the desired size. Remove the coleslaw from the bowl and let it drain in a sieve. Then, combine the tzatziki, peppers, and coleslaw in a bowl and season with a little pepper. Mix well, and you’re done.
