Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 bottle of food coloring, red
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Form the minced meat into a foot and coat it with red food coloring. It should look as if the skin has been removed. Slice the onion, place a thick slice on top to serve as the bone, then finely chop the rest of the onion and wrap it around the foot.
