Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green)
- 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 bags of ready-made mix for Bolognese
- 2 bags of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the meat, season generously with salt and pepper, and fry until crumbly. Drain the mushrooms and chop finely. Halve the bell peppers, trim, wash, and dice them, then add them to the minced meat along with the mushrooms. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until just al dente, then drain. Mix the sour cream with the Bolognese mixture and stir into the minced meat. Spread the spaghetti on a greased baking sheet. Pour the minced meat mixture over the top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
