  • 1 cup vinegar, vegan
  • Sugar
  • n. B. Herbs (garden herbs), dried

Quick and delicious cucumber salad, also suitable for hot days

Peel the cucumbers and grate them into slices. Drain the cucumber juice and place the cucumbers in a salad bowl. Season the vinegar with sugar and herbs to create a sweet and sour mixture. Then drizzle the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
