Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter biscuits
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 g red fruit compote or cherry compote from the refrigerated section

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Crumble the butter biscuits. This works best in a freezer bag. Whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar and sugar, then fold in the cream. Divide the red fruit compote, cream cheese, and biscuit crumbs into four glasses, alternating layers until the glasses are full. Chill before serving.
