Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cheese (raclette cheese)
  • Mushrooms, various as desired (champignons, porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, etc.)
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the raclette cheese in the pan as you would for a regular raclette. Then, if desired, top with thinly sliced ​​mushrooms and season with lemon pepper. This is best served with a light red wine (although white wine is also possible).
