Curry – Banana – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great for grilling

Mash the banana with a fork, add the curry powder and salt, and mix well with the softened butter. Place it in the freezer for a short time to allow the butter to solidify again. It’s perfect for grilling on toast or baguette.
