Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g natural yogurt
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 4 almonds
  • 40 g mango(s), in pieces
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chop the almonds. Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Sprinkle the yogurt with almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and mango cubes. Per serving, approximately 198 kcal.
