Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g white chocolate
- 260 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g butter
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar

12 white chocolate muffins
Chop the white chocolate into large pieces. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pudding mix. Melt the butter in a double boiler. Then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, and eggs to the butter, stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Then stir the butter mixture and chopped chocolate into the flour mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into baking cups and bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Decorate the muffins with a white chocolate glaze.
