Warm mint – cocoa

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 0.6 liters of milk
  • 2 tbsp drink powder, e.g. Kaba
  • 10 chocolate mint bars
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 4 cl schnapps (Finnish peppermint schnapps)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the milk with the cocoa powder. Melt the mint tablets in it. Add a splash of peppermint schnapps (no peppermint schnapps for children) to each warm cup, then pour in the hot cocoa. For garnish, whip the cream with bourbon vanilla sugar until stiff, pour it over the cocoa, and decorate with cocoa powder and mint leaves.
