Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup yogurt, 3.5% fat or semi-skimmed
- 1 orange(s) (blood)
- 1 tsp honey, according to taste
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the yogurt into a cereal bowl. Peel the orange, removing the white part with a knife. Cut the orange into segments or slices and add to the yogurt. Garnish with honey (more or less depending on your desired sweetness) and a pinch of cinnamon.
