Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g chocolate (nougat chocolate)
- 750 ml milk
- 125 ml cream
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Break the chocolate into small pieces. Bring the milk to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir to melt. Pour in the cream and heat everything up again, but do not let it boil. Whisk vigorously, pour into warmed mugs, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
