Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar(
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Herbs of Provence or fresh herbs of your choice
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with cocktail tomatoes and cucumber

Peel the onion and dice very finely. Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut it into bite-sized pieces, rinse it in a sieve, and drain well. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and dice the cucumber. Combine everything in a salad bowl. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
