Hot chocolate with nougat

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 bar of nougat chocolate (e.g. Ritter Sport)
  • 1 piece(s) dark chocolate approx. 70 – 80% cocoa content
  • Sugar or sugar substitute (only if needed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Once warm, add the nougat and chocolate, melt, and briefly blend, ideally with a milk frother. Sugar isn’t necessarily needed, as the Ritter Sport nougat is already quite sweet.
