Quick marzipan potatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g Nutella or other hazelnut spread
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 300 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

enough for about 40 pieces

Mix the Nutella with the Amaretto and then knead well with the marzipan mixture. Chill for about 1 hour. Form into small balls and roll in the desiccated coconut.
