Mango sparkling wine cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine (piccolo)
  • 1 can/n mango(s) with juice
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • Fruit, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the sparkling wine and fruit, bring to a boil with the vanilla pudding, and let cool. Whip the cream and fold it into the cooled pudding. Pour into decorative glasses and refrigerate overnight. Decorate with fruit and serve.
