Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 turkey schnitzels
- 1 ½ cups processed cheese with herbs
- 1 ½ cups cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- Salt
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Melt the cheese with the cream. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the cheese sauce. Add the mushrooms and seasonings. Place the turkey cutlets in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
