  • 2 cups of sour cream (200 g each)
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. porcini mushroom oil, sesame or nut oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also for sandwiches, croques or roast chicken

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously. Season with salt and pepper.
