Lime-ginger-peppermint Iced Tea

The perfect lime-ginger-peppermint iced tea recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Tea infusion:

  • 1 l Water
  • 2 Stems Peppermint fresh
  • 30 g Galangal (ginger root)
  • 0,5 piece Lime
  • 2 tbsp Honey liquid

as iced tea additionally:

  • 12 piece Ice cubes

Tea infusion:

  1. Put the previously broken peppermint in a glass jug, a few slices of ginger and half a lime cut into wedges and pour the hot water over them. Depending on your taste, add honey to taste and, if necessary, after cooling down, make an iced tea with ice cubes.

Use:

  1. As a hot tea infusion or as an iced tea, depending on your taste.
