Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter wine, red (Dornfelder)
  • ½ liter juice (sour cherry juice)
  • ½ liter balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour red wine, sour cherry juice, balsamic vinegar, and honey into a saucepan and simmer gently until reduced to half a liter. Season the mixture with salt and pour into bottles. This will last an entire summer, and anyone who tries this recipe will never go back to a ready-made product. Enjoy it with a tomato and mozzarella salad.
