White Calvados – mulled wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of Calvados
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 carnations
  • 1 slice(s) lemon(s), untreated, including 2 slices
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Hut special

Place the cinnamon stick and cloves in a tea strainer and tie it tightly. Combine the Calvados, white wine, and apple juice in a large pot. Add the tea strainer and lemon slices and heat gently, but do not let them boil. Season with brown sugar to taste. Let it steep for a few hours. Serve hot, removing the tea strainer and lemons first.
