Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g durum wheat semolina
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp herbs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix all ingredients and let stand briefly. Then scrape them into boiling salted water and cook until the spaetzle float to the surface. Then remove and drain. The spaetzle make a delicious addition to vegetable broth.
