Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized pork chop(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion(s), halved, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 ml milk 3.5%
  • 200 ml water
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp instant gravy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the chops with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear on both sides in hot oil. Place on a plate. Add the sliced ​​bell pepper and onion to the pan and sauté. Deglaze with water, milk, and cream, bring to a boil, season, return the chops to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes. Spätzle (spaetzle) goes well with this dish.
