Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-sized pork chop(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 large red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 medium onion(s), halved, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 50 ml milk 3.5%
- 200 ml water
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp instant gravy
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the chops with salt, pepper, and paprika and sear on both sides in hot oil. Place on a plate. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan and sauté. Deglaze with water, milk, and cream, bring to a boil, season, return the chops to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes. Spätzle (spaetzle) goes well with this dish.
