Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 glasses of buttermilk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g almonds and some sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 jars of flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the buttermilk, flour, and baking powder. Pour the batter onto a greased, deep baking sheet. Sprinkle with almonds and sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the cake while it’s still hot. Do not bake.
