Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chips (tortilla)
  • 250 ml sauce (salsa sauce, chili sauce also works)
  • Milk, 200 g sour cream
  • Cheese, sliced cheese as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cheese into small pieces. Reserve some of the cheese for decoration. Put the sour cream in a bowl. Mix it with the milk until smooth and it pours easily off a spoon (it should then be as runny as ketchup!). Put the tortilla chips and cheese in an ovenproof dish and mix with your hands. Spread some more cheese on top of the chips. Now place the dish in the oven at around 180 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes. The cheese will melt slightly. Then spread the salsa sauce evenly over the chips and put it back in the oven for another 3 minutes. Now pour the sour cream over everything and put it back in the oven for another 3 minutes.
