Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 tbsp oil
- 800 g Chinese cabbage
- 50 g hazelnuts, sliced
- 30 g butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 125 ml meat broth
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 250 ml cream
- 200 g double cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water with oil. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, wash it, and drain well. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Melt the butter in a pan and lightly toast the chopped garlic and sliced nuts. Add the cabbage strips and deglaze with the broth. Cover and sauté for 4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Add the quartered tomatoes and the finely diced bell pepper and cook for another minute. Now add the noodles. Combine the cream and cream cheese in the pan. Mix everything well and sauté, covered, for another 4 minutes.
