Pepper-corn-cheese salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 large bell pepper, red or orange
  • 200g Gouda
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • n. B. herbs, e.g. Italian, frozen
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the peppers and cheese into small pieces so that the first three ingredients are roughly the same size. Combine the yogurt, a large spoonful of sour cream, a teaspoon of mustard, and the herbs with the other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste and let it sit for a few minutes.
