Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes, with the thinnest skin possible
- 1 bulb(s) of garlic, preferably the very young ones
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with Parmesan and garlic flavor, delicious as a barbecue side dish
Wash the potatoes (the amount depends on your hunger) and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. Place them in a large plastic bag, add oil, close the bag, and shake well. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, slice the garlic bulb crosswise, and arrange them between the potato slices. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until crispy. Delicious with grilled food or with a salad for a vegetarian meal.
