Pasta with leek and tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • ¼ liter broth
  • 1 pack of processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 can of tuna
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Slice the leek into thin rings and sauté in a pan with a little margarine. Add the broth and melt the herb cheese. Season to taste and finally stir in the drained tuna. One of our favorite dishes because it’s super delicious, super quick to prepare, and very inexpensive.
