Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 250 ml broth
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt
- nutmeg
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into pieces. Melt half of the fat and sauté the kohlrabi in it. Pour in the broth and cook for 20 minutes. Drain. Reserve the vegetable liquid for the sauce. Sauté the flour in the fat, add the vegetable liquid all at once, and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and nutmeg. Stir in the cheese and let it melt. Add the kohlrabi to the sauce.
