Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g ground walnuts
  • 250 g cane sugar (raw cane sugar)
  • 250 ml milk or soy drink
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

egg-free, with vegan option

Mix all ingredients and bake at 190 °C for about 50 minutes.
