Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped pepper, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Combine butter, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Roll into a roll on aluminum foil and wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices. Cut out shapes for serving.
