Nut-nougat liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 700 ml vodka
  • 400 g hazelnut nougat cream
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 250 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 15 minutes

A creamy treat with a spicy kick

Dissolve the coffee powder in a little vodka. Stir in the hazelnut spread, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla bean pulp. Slowly add the remaining vodka, pour into bottles, and seal. Let the liqueur steep for 2 to 3 days, shaking occasionally. Whisk the cream lightly, mix with the vodka, and bottle the finished liqueur (makes approximately 2 x 600 ml bottles). The liqueur will keep for approximately 3 months if refrigerated.
