In a bowl, knead all ingredients except the chocolate together. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and cut out stars (or other shapes). Bake the cookies in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, dip the cookies in the melted chocolate, and let cool on baking paper (important, otherwise they will stick) until the chocolate has set.
