Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g margarine, vegan
- 90 g sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy flour + 3 tbsp water or egg substitute powder according to instructions
- 125 g dark chocolate, vegan
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
without egg, milk or other animal products
Mix all ingredients except the dark chocolate together. Roughly chop the chocolate and stir into the batter. Tear off pieces of the dough and form them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them slightly. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for at least 25 minutes. Let cool thoroughly so the chocolate sets again.
