Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 300 ml alcohol, 96%
- 200 ml cream
- 500 ml condensed milk
- 200 g sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 150 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 days 20 minutes
Heat the chocolate, cream, and condensed milk in a saucepan until dissolved. Then let it cool slightly. While cooling, stir frequently with a whisk to prevent a skin from forming. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. While stirring constantly, add the chocolate milk first, followed by the alcohol, a little at a time. Bottle and let it sit/mature for a few days. Tip: The sugar and chocolate content can be increased as desired.
