Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

for the donut maker, makes 50 pieces

Cream the softened butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and fold in. Finally, add the milk. Heat up the donut maker and add about one tablespoon per donut. Finally, dust with powdered sugar or glaze.
