Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g sugar (brown rock candy)
  • 500 g elderberries
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 600 ml schnapps, grain (40%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine ingredients in a bottle and let stand in a warm place for 3 months. Shake once a week.
