Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500 g flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter with the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add the sifted flour and milk, along with the vanilla sugar and baking powder. Half of the batter goes into one pie dish, and the cocoa powder goes into the other. Pour the dark batter over the light batter in the pie dish. Using a fork, stir in a circular motion, spreading the light batter upwards and the dark batter downwards to create a pattern (light-dark-light-dark). Bake for 60-70 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
