Pour the whipped cream into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer for about 10 minutes. The liquid and flakes will gradually separate. Once the mixture is very wet, meaning a lot of liquid has formed, pour the mixture into a tea or coffee filter and let it drain. Then squeeze it through the filter again to get the remaining liquid out, and you’re done! 200g of whipped cream yields about 50g of butter. The remaining liquid tastes good too.
