Tomato-rosemary butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary, chopped
  • 125 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pat the tomatoes dry with a paper towel, chop them with the garlic clove and the needles from 1 rosemary sprig. Cream 125g of softened butter with the whisk attachment of a hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary. Season the butter with salt and pepper.
