Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 500g spaghetti
- n. B. water
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Vegeta

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
without throwing away the water
Combine the sour cream with a little lukewarm water in a pot. Add the spaghetti, sunflower oil, and vegetable stock, and pour boiling water over it so the spaghetti is completely covered. Cover and bring to a boil on high for 5 minutes. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, and most importantly, keep the lid on! Let it simmer for 15 minutes on low, and it’s done.
